This individual calls and requires a commercial account for flowers that he wants to send. After a couple of days and several phone calls he gives all information that I require. He then places several orders to be send to several individuals. He proceeds to order on several occassions during the first two weeks of account being opened, which is all fine. He asks for several more arrangements to be delivered and I indicate to him that with new accounts that there is a cut off until the previous bill is paid, at that time, he said he would pay in full, because he wants the other flowers to be delivered. After numerous phone calls, left messages and faxed and mailed invoices, he finally calls back after several weeks and indicates that he is sorry he will send out check immediately. Check never comes, all phones disconnected.
I called recipient of flowers, she indicates to me that this said person Mark Anthony, has stolen everything she has worked for and more. I realize at this point that I will never get my money back, that is why I am reporting this individual to the RIP OFF REPORT - So Mark Anthony 416-850-0888 of Toronto, Ontario, thanks of bunch for being honourable.
