As a loyal and long time customer of this small town business, I am so disgusted with the way I was treated and will never buy anything here again. Specializing in mens clothing, suits, repairs, dry cleaning this business is "one of a kind" in Elmira but they will no longer be getting my business. The owner flat out refused to accept a valid coupon for 10% off repair/alterations and was extremely rude about it telling me that the pant repair "cost him a fortune"... WHAT? I paid for it! And we waited 6 weeks for the repair to be done. The money is not the issue, it's the manner in which he dealt with the issue. With all of the big box stores, it's really a shame that you can't even get quality customer service now in a family run business. I would definitely NOT recommend this store. It's over-priced and they are flat out RUDE.
