Manager (Joanne) Rude, Abrupt, she was screaming at a customer when I first walked in the store & should have assumed that this wasn't professional or nesseccary, however, her impolite fashion continued. I now have a problem with the product purchased & she was very rude. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RICHMOND HILL SALLY BEAUTY!!
