I received a check which looked real for $4800.00 stating I had won $125, 000.00. The $4800.00 was being sent and to contact Patrick Owen my tax officer and he would explain to me how to pay my taxes through WalMart. I call Mr. Owen, and indeed he wanted me to go to Wal-mart and send him $2825.00 ...
