In December 05, I ordered 4 Gift Baskets but only received 3. Not only were they NOT as shown on their site, but one never arrived at all - of course I was charged the full amount $448.00. I managed to get $115.75 back from Visa but not without many phone calls, e-mails to Urban Florists' poor, ...
