What a scam, same winning # as others 12, 23, 15, 27, 33, check for 2, 998.50 from sponser hartley brothers const. in florida.i dont gamble so i knew its a scam. not sure how it works but its under 3, 000 so it would only go to small claims court if check is cashed.not sure if sponser is involved ...
