Be very careful if you want to ship from this guy. He tried to ship a 100 Lb. machine in a plain old cardboard box with only Styrofoam peanuts to keep the thing in place. While he made a foam pad around the base he left the rest to bounce around as the other objects he tossed in were smashed together ever time the shipper flipped the box this way and that. Now he and the shipper, FedEx, have gotten together to assert that there isn't any insurance for their mistakes. If his position on this mess up is so sound, why won't he return any of my calls? He says he is a FedEx agent, but they claim he doesn't represent them. Where is anyone with a spine here?
No calls returned, thousands of dollars in claims, and a big loss to my business. We want every one in the area of London Ontario to reconsider weather they use this service, or better yet, call him for me and ask why he won't pay for the damages to the coffee machine he shipped to Spencer Iowa? (since he won't pick up the phone when I call) And thanks for helping with a bad company practice, together we can get some justice.
