I WAS RIPPED OFF TOO

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sick Aunt on Dec. 23, 2006. They were never delivered. I phoned over 15 times to try to resolve this, each time they would take the same information and promise to call back. They never did. I contacted my credit card company to try to resolve this. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They never let you speak to a manager, they are rude and don't care about resolving their mistakes or non-delivery. They should be removed from online. They are given a 4 Star rating, and I trusted that... never again. Do not use this company.
I am #100 in complaints!!!
