Crushed hope for a better life, fraud, dishonest

I got a letter in the mail titled BONANZA 2000 Royal British Draws. Stating that I had won 115, 000 in the Royal British Lottery. The letter also included a check that look VERY real!

I called the number they provided and everything because I have never encountered anything like this before. Everything seemed real.

The women told me everything to do concerning the check. She told me to deposit the check I had been sent and then after the check cleared to withdrawl a certain amount and western union it to an agent named Laura Hendricks. She also provided the address. Then to call her back and give her the confirmation number from the western union and my other check would be UPS to me within 48 Hrs. and I needed to provide 2 kinds of ID one picture and another to retrieve the check.

I really believed I had won some money, which is exactly what I need. I have been struggling for months now. I just knew my life had come back together. I was really disappointed to find out this was not real.

I was really skeptical about it and so I got online to look it up and I found out it was fake before I done anything with the check.
