This is a big scam. I called the company that I received the check from and they have reported it a stolen and fraud. The checks do look real and they are, but it is not.
I called the number and ask for a Susan Adams, the person on the other line ask who I was and I refuse to give my name. That person hang up the telephone.
I tried calling them back and got a recording. What is so weird about this whole scam is:
1. No return addres
2. Check comes from a US company.
3. You need to remit and send payment to a Canada address.
4. The person that signs the letter is not Jackson Dawson.
and finally, they can't even spell authorization correctly.
It looks good but don't do it...
