In April this year 2003 I ORDERED six LIVE clmbing strawberry plants and paid for them. The add said I would receive them within 2 to 5 weeks in time for the growing season. On the 10th of July still no plants, so I emailed them and canceled the order.
Then I received the plants one week later. When I looked at the postage on the carton it was dated July 14th they came in four days and they were DEAD. I emailed them again and was told in an e mail to return them so I did, it cost me $6.oo that is now $26.oo I spent. I emailed them again, and said I want my money back, they said I would get it back in two weeks.
As off today November 5th, still no money. PLEASE HELP, WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THIS RIP OFF AND GET MY OVERDUE REFUND.
