Dish antenna ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I recently ordered three tv dish antennas at $36.95 US via money order. The ad was placed in the Miami Herald circulars. I also saw one in the circulars that are stuffed in my mailbox. I too was promised delivery within two to five weeks. No Merchandise has been delivered. I will be contacting the state of Florida and the canadian authorities.
