Ordered Dog collar on Nov 2nd, 2008 and got confirmation email from his web site. Dave even wrote me back a few times. Now nothing, Do not order from this man, check with the better business bureau of Canada and see for yourself.
He won't even return any emails now and the new phone number just rings!
