Manager refused return on an iPad case purchased day before attempted return.
Problem: Does not fit properly
Reason: I did not pay for Geek squad to install it and if I did it would fit properly
Options: Pay Geek squad to install it if it doesn't fit right then I can return it. Lol
My course of action: Returned iPad and case along with an ATI Radeon 5870 to another Bestbuy, and purchased elsewhere, thank god everything was purchases within the return policy.
What was the point of the Manager denying the initial return?
