Unable to access to limewire

Hi, I'v paid for this limewire in September 2009. and still is unble to access to it, software and download. bought something i can't use..it's a scam to me. they'v sent me e-mail..how to download ..done this been there and still nothing. can't even get your money back. it's cracy..so beware people..don't pursious this limewire...it don't work..best regards..monique
