My sister in law started recieving many phone calls from someone who was ignored (as she did not know them and is on the state and federal do not call lists). Then she got a letter in the mail with a real looking business check for $4, 900.00 dollars in it. It did not seem right so after we called and it went straight to voice mail (hello dead giveaway) we looked up the Company on the internet. We couldn't find the name but we did find the address on here. We then contacted the company on the check (which was another dead giveaway as it did no match) to find out if they were victims as well or in on it.. They are a small family owned company and are very much victims as well.. This scam has victims in other states at least 4 so far. The following is excactly what the letter says;
