On 9/4/08 I received a package and invoice from Dermitage. I immediately called the company and advised them I had not ordered a product from them and wanted a RMA number to cancel.
The representative said I had two accounts with them, and they had debited my debit card each month since late last year for two accounts in excess of $70.00 each.
They cancelled both accounts, and sent me the RMA number for the return of the product I received on 9/4/08. I thought I had ordered a sample for $4.95 shipping, which later cost me over $1, 000.00. I just want my money back.
