I too received a check from consumer research toronto. my check was for $3575.00. i was a little suspicious at frist, but the possibility of making some extra money kept me from thinking clearly. so i called the number and was told to deposit the check and call them once the bank indicated the check had cleared.

i became even more suspicious as the day went on. i decided to check out the company on the internet when i got home. SURPRISE!!! i found more victims and potential victims.

i didn't take any of the money out of my account. i went to the bank the next day and talked to them and an investigation is going on now.
