Award Claim Fraud Notification

I received a letter from Readers Digest, Publishers Clearing claiming "A ticket with matching serial numbers drew the lucky winning numbers -03-05-13-31-37-41." And that I was Entitled a sum of $38, 000.00 US dollars. From a total prize money of 380, 000.00 US dollars shared amongst 10 winners. Note all participants were selected through a random computer ballot.

It says the enclosed check must be deposited into my bank account, then to contact my "claim agent" Grace Jones or Kane Johnson at 1-905-598-5430 to file my claim using my claim number. Stating that I must do so before Jan 30th, 2008 or any unclaimed funds will be forfeited. Signed Lawerence Adikinson (international claim cordinator).

I went to the back and they told me it was a fraudulent check, and I didn't deposit it. They said they where turning it into the bank manager for further investigation.
