Norm Young is one of the worst operation managers in Vancouver, I take that back, in Canada. He started with 8 sites 6 months ago and is now down to four. Why this man is employed amazes me. He has hired his own children and family friends as supervisors while he neglects his other workers needs and concerns. For example he routinely schedule shifts to benefit his family and friends while laying off more senior staff. He has no inter-personal skills and instead calls all of his staff "idiots" in front of residents and property management.
