Here is yet another scam that has come to me in the last 2 months. How can we catch them?!

Metrowinners Lotto sent me a certificate of award saying that I had won $98, 000.00 in a winning payout. The total cash prize of $2, 352, 000.00 was to be split amongst 24 international winners in the third Category.

I was sent a check for $2, 996.78 to finance the international clearance fees.which would be remitted to their designated "North American Agent" What is this?! Do they have to be more dumb and complicated!

These people need to be caught so single families or others alike don't fall for stupid things like this. I'm glad I already knew it was a scam.
