On 12/5/06 I received a letter saying that I was entitled to the sum of $250, 000 US Dollars of the DE-Lotto North American Sweepstakes held on August 26th 2006 in the 2ND category. This is total prize money of $9 MILLION US DOLLARS that MILLION US DOLLARS that was shared and presented among the other 36 declared 2ND Category winners. Enclosed was a check for $4, 875.00 US DOLLARS which is part of my winnings and that the sole purpose of this first check is to enable me to pay for the applicable Government Taxes on my big winnings.
The tax amount is $2, 950.00 this amount to be paid either by western Union or Money gram directly to the tax agent When the winning is processed you will receive your second and final check a lump some payment of $245, 125.00 this amount will be sent to you snd delivered FEDEx.
