I too have now been a victim of the British Mega Lotto. Thanks to other reports on this agency I have caught the scam in time. I recieved a legitimate looking check from a company that states I have won the British Mega Lotto. An "assistance" check was sent to me in the amount of $2, 998.30 to cover clearance fees. Like many of the others I was sceptical due to the fact that I was not playing any lottery other than my local lottery. I did call the number to a "Brenda Jones" of the "Zenith Finanicial Management Group" and recieved a voicemail message.
Continuing to contemplate whether or not this is real I began to research this "British Mega Lotto." Let me tell you all it was as easy as doing a Google search for the British Mega Lotto and the scam information was all over the search page.
Thankfully, I found it before I reached the point some others have. I feel sorry for everyone, including myself, who has recieved this letter.
I am encouraging all of you readers to report this agency to your local authorities, newspapers, banks, and TV stations as I will be doing myself. Hopefully, those of us who have recieved this devious letter will be compensated for the extreme acts of fraud committed by the Toyal British Lotto.
