For my birthday, my mother ordered one Magickal Revelations Booklet from Skye Alexander. My mother paid the $24.95; we received the booklet, and decided it was not really worth the money. Skye claims in her written material that "she doesn't want your money." There is absolutely no indication nor information that these booklets are a monthly commitment She sent further Booklets which we did not order nor pay for.
In January, I wrote a letter, cancelling my order, and they continued to arrive. I finally spoke to a woman in Skye's office, was informed that my account was closed, and I received a letter confirming that my account was closed. A short time after receiving that confirmation letter, I received a letter from a Collection Agency, RMCB, that I owe Skye Alexander $99.80, NOTWITHSTANDING MY LETTER FROM HER OFFICE CONFIRMING MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED.
Skye Alexander is criminally breaking the law. Any suggestions for Canadians as to how to stop the intimidation and fraud?
