Ripoff business from hell

My husband got a phone call from them saying about receiving a free cell phone if he was approved but he was denied. He was told there would be no charges if he was denied but of course wouldn't you know it they took out $59.99 out of our checking account and then tried to take out another $99.99 and made my account go negative.

They did receive the $59.99 but the other was refused because there was not enough money in my account. So I did call them and raise up hell and they told me I would receive a refund in my account within 30 business days. Well that was supposedly sent through their refund department on September 4 and as of October 17th which would have been the 30 business days I still did not have my refund. So therefore I called them back and they did a trace on it and could not find it so the lady I talked to said they would send me a check within a week.

Well I called them on November 2nd or 3rd because I still had not received the check and they told me it was mailed out on October 28 th. Well it is now November 19th an I still have not received the check. And low and behold when I tried to call them about it you now have to mail them your inquiries. Just wonderful so I am still waiting for my refund of $59.99 plus my $30.00 charge from my bank that they said they would refund me. I am trying to figure out how I can get a hold of them to receive my money.
