Victim of fraud

I responded to an online free trial in nov for priceshuffle. it offered a 60 days trial. i had to pay $75 for 125 bids. if within 90 days i am not successful in the auction, i will be refunded. when i used up all my bids and not successful, i emailed them for a refund. they refused to refund me saying the terms allow for a bids top up only. this is certainly a scam...does anyone know what i can do since i am not a california resident. i reside in canada.
