XL Results Foundation pte ltd
Fraudulent Business

The Consumer Association of Canada

A Get Rich Quick Promoter, the subject of a nation wide consumer caution in the United Kingdom will be in Toronto on the 29th February, 2008 peddling his wares.

Mr Daniel Priestley is on a whistle stop tour of the America's promoting and selling life memberships into XL Results Foundation.

Daniel Priestley based in the United Kingdom will be speaking at a breakfast event in Toronto (29 Feb) to promote the XL Results Foundation life membership and attempting to extract US$12, 000 from small business owners. Mr Priestley will fail to mention XL is mired in controversy with victims of the scam lodging complaints against the company world wide.

Mr Priestley and his business partner Mr Roger Hamilton, Chairman of XL Results Foundation are the subject of allegations they are operating an elaborate pyramid scheme operating under the guise of a social enterprise. Members of the community believe XL is created with the specific intent to scam the community.

In Singapore more than 100 members of the business community alleged they were cheated and duped by Mr Hamilton and money promised for charity was pocketed.

XL is blocking legal requests for full disclosure of the company accounts.

Allegations include the company is using public monies - life membership fees to pay its legal costs to protect the scam.

In an attempt to deflect media and community questions, XL Results Foundation has issued an email spam warning on its website to deflect questions.

To protect the scam Mr Hamilton and his associate Mr Priestley have suggested the company is the victim of a slur campaign by a former employee, members of the community who complained about the company to the media do not exist and that journalists did not do due diligence before publishing negative articles on XL.

All classic conduct of a scam attempting to protect its interests.
