Alphacom Corporation is registered in the State of Delaware.
It claims to be in the learning software i.e. publishing business.
There is no evidence that this company has ever been operational in this business. The previous owners, prior to Bill Montgomery, were in the learning software distribution business.
Bill Montgomery claimed that the corporate/executive headquarters and offices for Alphacom Corpoartion were at:
3044 Bloor Street West, Suite 210, Toronto Ontario Canada M8X 2Y8. This is a rental mailbox at Mailboxes Etc.
The phone number on the company website, when it was up in 2001, has never worked.
Shares have been sold around the world, particularly in the U.K. and U.S. including a major direct cold calling campaign over the telephone using a company called Norwich Capital Mutual Funds. This company claimed to be operating out of Nevis in the Caribbean. Bill Montgomery is known to have business connections there.
Investors have reported that numerous claims were made including:
1) there was an impending deal with Sony Corporation in July 2001,
2) a major deal had been signed with Fujitsu in July 2001,
3) Broker Charles Schwab bought up six million shares in July 2001 and other claims that never materialized,
4) that the company was being taken over by Sony in November 2001
5) that the company was being taken over by AOL Time Warner in January 2002
Some of these claims were 'guaranteed' to result in major price increases or at worse a one-for-one stock transfer to the company taking over AlphaCom.
None of these claims ever materialized.

A second individual assisted in most or all of the above businesses i.e. as a web designer and partner: Paul Munson also of Toronto, Ontario Canada. Paul Munson was also Chief Technology Officer and a director of Alphacom Corporation.
There were two successful lawsuits against Bill Montgomery both in Toronto Small Claims Court.
On March 20, 2003, Bill's personal holding company, 1476848 Ontario Inc. sold controlling shares of the company to Bruce Cohen who lives at:

On April 4, 2003 Joseph Stiuso was given 993, 497 shares of Alphacom Corporation to compensate him for consulting services (financial consulting, mergers and acquisitions, long range planning and development) totaling over $81, 000 USD.
