Charge on VISA bill not authorized, had never before heard of this company. Found previous complaint citing exactly the same scenario -- husband recalls beginning to enter info to request a purportedly free credit report, then cancelled entries. Definitely didn't receive any such report and wants nothing to do with this company. Currently attempting to contact to try to resolve.
