My name is Roberta. In December of 2007, I bought a clock off ebay from a seller on ebay. Sellers name is Troy Slobod. I paid Troy Slobod within five minutes of the auction end with paypal because I wanted to make sure the clock was delivered in time for Christmas, as the clock was gift for my son. Troy Slobod emailed me after receiving my money from paypal and started harrassing me in emails and stated that he does not have the clock because he is a drop-ship company and he is not refunding my money and if I want the money back then I have to go through paypal to get the refund. I explained to him that the clock was a gift for a child and then Troy Slobod continued to use deragatory names toward me and told me to basically go to hell and he does not care about my child or my childs christmas gift and he is not refunding my money.
I then called Troy Slobod on the telephone number provided to me by ebay which was (604) 589-8464. Troy Slobod answered the phone and I told him who I was. Troy started to yell at me at the top of his lungs and call me names and said he is not giving me a refund and he could care less about my sons christmas.
I am currently waiting for a refund from paypal which. My son will not get his clock he dreamed of having due to Troy Slobod and his dishonest ebay store.
