My complaint
Karl contacted me through myspace. His link at the time was.

His work was very good and it seemed like he had worked with enough people to be trusted. We spoke over the phone briefly and he had agreed to do a website for me. He need a down payment of half on the site IMMEDIATELY! It was Dec 24th, and things were busy. He complained that he had no money for Christmas Present for his mother. So I figured I would send him the deposit on the site and the web hosting with Techway.
Dec 24th, 25th came and went. I started contacting him after Christmas. He told me to send him the information he needed and he will get to work right away! We were speaking through the cell phone at this time. (613) 601-7394
Once he received what he needed he said he will get started and be in touch.
THAT WAS DECEMBER.
Since.. I have tried to track him down. His Cell phone is off. His sites have disappeared. Funny. He still pops up on IM, but yet he does not answer me about anything. He spoke briefly about 2 weeks ago, said he would "do right" and get it done. I waited. Waited some more. No contact. No site. No money. No refund.
I am a patient dude. but enough was enough. I did a website search for his name and other companies. What do I find?? Nothing but rip off reports and scam artist reports. Not good. I feel Cheated. I have contacted him numerous times. Including his parents. Mother and Father (Jack) (613) 599-7892.
I feel he live in the same house. But yet. NOBODY knows where he is? I contacted another number of someone who live in the same building/house? This person start mumbling.. "f*ckin kid, I cant believe this.. " I will pass him the message. So I know he is around.
Well I have been patient enough. I was kind to him on Christmas. The one time he contacted me, he told me "it was my fault, that I should have stayed on top of him and not everyone is as rich as me and has money to toss around" .. I was insulted. And I feel I have been robbed by this 18 yr old.
I would like my money returned. This just gets worse and worse. I am a reputable photographer in NY. www.Questionmarc.com 718 892 2118. And I was scammed by this KARL TOMBAK/JACK TOMBAK ROBOTIC DESIGN. TECHWAY HOSTING group also.

I will also name his parents becasue he lives in their house and they must be well aware by now what is going on and they hide him and protect him, so to me, they are a part of the scam as well.
I see I am not the only one he has scammed. I dont have much faith in seeing my money again. But I will make it my job so that every free minute I get his name will be posted everywhere so that everyone knows. Thank you
