, ripoff, will not stop order nor will talk to me. Continues to send order and will not stop taking money out of my account Internet

I tried this product, Body Sculpture, for two months and found that it was not good. I tried to contact the company to stop them from sending the cream and taking money out of my credit account. I have been trying for some time now and they will not stop taking money out of my account nor sending me the useless cream. Please help me. I am desperate, I do not want to continue to pay for something I do not want and the company ignores me and will not stop taking my money. Thank you
