Another victim, second time. Fortunately, the credit card company is working to get my money back. How do we stop these people? I am filing reports to the FTC and FCC, but what other measures can I take? I'm tired of these people thinking that if they wait 6 months or a year I won't check my card account to see if they've ripped me off again.
