No answer but charged to my visa

I asked for possible problems my nicrowave could have and how it could be solved . The charge $15.00 was charged to my Visa and I have yet to receive and answer. I can't refuse to pay as it has gone thru my visa. I would like to have my money back but how? This is a real scam and taken off the web.
