Bought a phone from this person on May 7 2007, it was supposed to have extras including a car charger. Well not only did I NOT receive the charger, but the battery cover did not fit, what good is the phone with no cover to protect it! Seller said she'd send replacement and car charger once I sent it back to her, but she never did. I have the email she sent me when she received the item back, clearly stating that she got it and would resend the next day. I kept emailing her when it didn't come, but never got a reply until left negitive feedback for her. In her email she claimed to have resent it..BS!! I had paid $25.00 for her to send it Xpresspost, so it should have been sent Xpresspost back to me. She has ignored every email I sent since then. I even tried sending her a money request, but she cancelled it. I saved all her emails about this. I'm so sick and tired of these sellers that rip us off by delaying us until paypal won't give us our refund because time has ran out, the time to make a claim should not be so short since items usually take weeks to arrive to begin with. I want my $114.28 CAD back NOW!
