Rip-Off Took my money but did not send product

Like most others hear I have paid for a product IPAQ H1940 and not received it. Digital Moose continually promised me the product and then switched to refund promises. Almost a year later... still nothing.

I would like to get my money back and am willing to join in with others. I will be going through a laywer and small claims court.

Any advice will be apppreciated as I will NOT drop this.
