Recieved letter stating I won in a drawing of one million five hundred thousand people drawn from Euroep, Asia and North America.

I see alot of others reporting the same lootery winning but dollar amounts off by a few. Also its states the check is from a Decra Roofing Systems and is wrote on a Citzens Bank.
