This is a scam preporting that the individual has won a confirmed Cash Prize of $728, 577.000. From reading the gobily gook that goes with it, the gist of the scam is that they want a processing and postage and handling fee of $21.95. This $21.95 buys you a report of names and contests and they get you to jump through many hoops and moneys to get a sponsered contest.
The key words in this scam is "Additional Monetary Amount". and "$728, 577.000 CAN be sent to you". This fraud should be prosecuted and I have taken this to The RCMP in my city for further investigation. Notice that the phone number is a recorded message about various contests and there is no web page or e-mail address, as a reputable contest would have. The signature on the bottom of the page is illegible and only hand-scribbled and not typed in as a proper company would do.
Please do not send any money to these idiots and report it to your local authorities for further investigation.
