There are unknow charges on my credit card; repeatedly i have been trying to get in touch with sof-net-dld; to take the advantge of the money charged to my account for months now; 2 the was virus problem with my pc and whatever data was there was removed; 3 the marketing team sent me my id and the password but with that i couldn't login; so i don't shall i claim the money back or an access to the site; the last 4dig of my card visa 8381.
