Closing account

I have been desperately trying to close my account with singles.net because I am tired of the constant unwanted e-mails from them. Their site states "This site is under construction". I have even sent them an e-mail to close my account and to stop sending me e-mails. Yet I am still receiving them. And I am unable to access their site to disable or close my account.
