I had heard that this Gord Wach Gentleman did a reasonable job for a reasonable price from "word of mouth" so I phoned to get an estimate from this pleasant and sociable gentleman. I liked his numbers so I told him that I wanted his company to do 2 casement windows and bay window. It ws a job worth approx. $7500.00 so he SAID HE WOULD!!.. "NOTTTTTTTTT" I called back 2 weeks later to discuss WHEN approx. in May or June that he would be coming to do the job, left a message 5 times, no call back, no nothing, very disappointing in it self, like, Whatever... the thing is I stopped looking for anyone else and wasted very valuable time for I need these windows done before the bugs come but still being warm enough to have a huge hole in your living room for a limited time... Basically, I'm really ticked off that this, so-called company, couldn't even call me back and let me know even why he longer wanted to do the job, (it's so obvious because he hasn't called back) Sure I'm going to get someone else to do the job, I was ticked off that he couldn't even call me back and at least tell me why he changed his mind, basically overnight... very disappointed and unhappy with G.WACH & SONS WINDOW AND DOORS
