My husband and I bought our first house from Sundial Homes 2.5 years ago. We recently noticed that our roof is leaking which is causing internal water damage (drywall, mildew in 3 rooms -- including the baby's room -- and in the basement). I contacted Sundial who told me to contact the roofer since it was their problem. I contacted them and they said that although the roof is a 25 year garuantee, their labout is only good for 2 years. I went back to Sundial who basically told me that they can't help me. Apparently a roof shouldn't last after 2 years... does this make sense to you? As well, I've contacted our insurance company and they don't deal with mildew/mold.
