We had landscape work done around the house. The contractor that did the work for us used "Blue Environmental Services" company to rent the garbage bin disposal unit in order to get rid of extra soil, patio stones, and garbage that accumulated from the landscape project. When the work has been completed, the contractor contacted the "Blue Environmental Services" company in order for them to remove the garbage bin from the premises. The "Blue Environmental Services" said that they would remove the bin on Monday May 12, 2008. On Monday May 12, 2008, we called the company and asked when to expect the truck to come and remove the garbage from our premises, we were assured that they would be there by the end of the day. On Tuesday May 13, 2008, we called the company and told them that the garbage bin was not picked up and if the bin would be picked up on Tuesday. We were told that the bin would be picked up in 30 min. After few hours, we called the company back to find out what happened and why the bin is not being picked up. Wayne Richards got very agitated with our questions and rudely hang up the phone on us. When we called back, Wayne picked up and hung the phone without even talking to us. On Wednesday May 14 and Thursday May 15, we were told that the truck is on their way to our house, but no one came to pickup the garbage bin from our property. When we called the police to find out what our options are in this matter, we were told that the police will not get involved and to resolve the issue ourselves.
The garbage bin has been sitting on our property for a week now, and the "Blue Environmental Services" company is telling us that the truck is on their way and then hang-up the phone on us.
I would NOT recommend the "Blue Environmental Services" to any one that is looking for the Garbage Bin services, unless you would like to store the garbage bin on you property indefinitely. The Web page (https://www.blueenvironmental.com/about.html) looks professional, but the service from these guys (even the owner - Wayne Richards) suck big time. Besides taking your money and dropping the bin on your driveway, trying to get them to pickup the bin from your driveway is as painful as pulling teeth.
