I must in that several years now I have been going to Saturn to check there cars; unforturnetely, I seem to get the same reponses again and again. Very Very poor greeting most of all little do the know about the used car they sale. A week in a half ago I went to the Saturn Deal again, and try a Honda Accoord 1998 and with there permision I took it to my mechanic to test drive the car with me. The motor sounded rought, transmission was not shifting like it should and on top of that it just need new brake. I took back the car to Saturn Deal, I told them the respond, they just have the time or day to converse. I told them the problems but they have not respond to me at so I game them the keys back and guess what the car is still still seating there for over a month. I don't know how much you care about your customer weather they buy used or new cars I belive I should be approch. Now I have bought a Nissan Altima GXE loaded plus 2 years new for less the price. If you have any comfort to give me since your car are made in Germany, you should better quality people working for you. Thank You Ashley
