The other day my boyfriend and I went to Classic Jack's for dinner. We had heard good things, but we were sorely disappointed. When we arrived, it wasn't very busy inside, but the small padio was full. There were lots of staff on duty, so we didn't forsee a problem.
We got seated and had chosen our drinks and our food before the waiter even noticed us. We had to wait at least 20 min before our food came, which was alright, but not worth going there for it, or the wait.
After we were obviously done, no one came to our table. No one came to check on us or offer us more drinks at any time during the visit. We waited and waited for someone to come offer to take our plates and give us the bill, but they never did. It was at least a half hour, and we got so sick of waiting, we just put money on the table and left. No one even noticed.
We were so disappointed and we would never go back there again!
