I received a letter with check enclosed stating that this was my winning final notification in the amount of 250, 000.00 US dollars. the enclosed check was for 4, 975.00. I called this George Anderson at # 1-866-890-3174. He put me on hold for at least 5 minutes so i hung up. But like a dummy i called him back. He proceeded to tell me to deposit the check then call him right back., and he would give me further instructions to send 2, 995.00 dollars by western union or money gram. then he said that once that was received i would get the rest of my check by fed-ex. Also the name of Brenda Hicks was signed at the bottom of the letter claiming she is the promotion manager. At the top of the letter it states Citi Financial Group. giving the ontario address and on the check it gives the addres for them as 2828 10th ave great falls montana. I hope somebody catches these people.
