Final Award Claim for 200, 000.00 got a check for 4850.00 for taxes, M6UL7G, ON Canda

Got a letter saying I had won a lottery for 200, 000.00 and got a check for
4850.00, the letter said it was for taxes and to call Dan Algor at 1-416-826-5158 for check activation.

So I called and a man answered and I gave him the Ref # and batch # on the letter, he then told me to deposit the check and then call him back after doing this and I would get further instructions. Well I know better than this so I told him I did not have a checking account he then told me to open one up. I told him I did not want to do that and he said if I did not open an account I could not cash the check to let him know this so he could cancel it.
