Returning back to work the next morn on AUG, 22ND. I received an email previously I had applied for loans w bad credit. Everest Financial was one of them. A women named JANET MURPHY emailed me. I called her back and she told me I was approved for a loan of 8, 000 dollars. Speaking to Janet ext. 885, I asked what are the chances of me getting this loan she responded you will most definitely get this loan. (red flag) I ignored and still went through w/ it, she asked me to fax over my drivers, social, and 3 paystubs. I called JANET MURPHY back to ask her did she receive all of my paper work and she did. JANET CALLED ME BACK AFTER LOOKING OVER EVERYTHING AND SAID YOUR A HIGH RISK client so I replied back to her you said that they don't look at your credit. (red flag) still went through with it hoping. Now! I have 3 options some other poor soul'S credit that I'm glad I didn't involve in this. whom makes 60, 000 dollar a yr salary. 2nd insurance one time fee you pay 987.00 and in 3 months after receiving all of the first 3 payments on time a refund WILL HOPEFULLY COME BACK. 3RD collateral. I chose the insurance for 987.00. I specifically asked this JANET MURPHY IF THIS WAS THE ONLY PAYMENT I need to make and of course she responded back yes. I wired western union to KELVIN SMITH planning that I was going to receive this imaginary loan I started to pay off certain things. the weekend passed w/ there barbecue on my money and everyone else's moneyover the weekend of AUG 23RD AND 24TH. Tues came Aug 26TH and no money, because Mon was Labor Day. I called now that morn missing work to call JANET MURPHY she answered so I felt a little relief because she was there. Asking Kindly the funds have not been received. she said I'm sorry Lisa let me go see what is going on. when she came back answering the phone she said I'm sorry Lisa I spoke to my supervisor, and she said that the lender is holding the funds he needs more funds for the security of the loan. I did risking this time sending her my money 600.00 dollars. this was on Friday the 29th stating that JANET this is all I can send so are you sure the funds are going to be there on Tues still no funds. I'm screwed by now losing out 987.00 600.00 and I requested my refund back which was on thurs. the Sep 4th and when I tried to call back on the 5th to make sure did she have my address correct she splittttttt. Pls find outtttttt who this JANETTTT Murphy character is karmaaaaaaaa.
I'm do want to say what all of us victims have went through with this phony COMP. Justice will take place.
