Told me I was approved for a first financial visa with a depoist of 259.95 Its been over 1month and all I get is a hang up call when i cantact the company!!

The company told me I was approved for a visa credit credit... if i put the sum of 259.95 down to start the process... I would recieve the card in the mail with in 2wks...
