Expecting to be charge postal and handling for free samples then 10 days later charged $95.52 CAD full price for items that i did not received nor even get the free sample yet. impossible to phone both said co., automatic answering telling you that you need custumer id and then the week after, its telling you you do not have enough money for the phone call. what!!!
